Serving Tuscany, Nolan Hill, Evanston, Sage Hill & surrounding communities
Northwest Calgary — from established communities like Tuscany and Rocky Ridge to newer builds in Nolan Hill, Evanston, and Sage Hill — has one of the largest concentrations of stucco homes in the city. Most were finished with EIFS (synthetic stucco) from the late 1990s onward, a system that performs well when maintained but develops hairline cracks under Calgary's freeze-thaw cycles if left unaddressed.
We work in NW Calgary regularly and understand the specific systems builders used in each community. Woodpecker damage is common in treed areas like Tuscany and Rocky Ridge. Older Hawkwood and Scenic Acres homes have traditional sand-cement stucco now showing its age. Whatever the system, we colour-match every repair so it's invisible after completion.
