In a wet area it goes over the same Kerdi waterproofing we put under tile, so the look changes but the system underneath does not. The shower shown here is a recent Calgary job. It is quoted the same way as tile, after a free visit.

We handle it. Plumbing and electrical are part of our renovation, done by licensed trades with permits pulled, scheduled by us and included in the written quote. You deal with one company from strip-out to the final walkthrough.
Either. We can supply everything through our suppliers and show it to you in the 3D rendering before you commit, or install what you have already chosen. Many clients pick their own tile and vanity and we are happy to install them. We flag anything about a choice that affects waterproofing, layout or cost before work starts.
A full renovation usually takes two to four weeks depending on scope, and where the home has a second bathroom we keep it working for you throughout. A shower rebuild or tub-to-shower conversion takes about a week. A tub surround takes three to five days.
Tile and finishing work needs no permit. Plumbing and electrical changes do, and we pull them as part of the job, so you never deal with the city yourself.
Yes. A tub surround or shower gets the same Schluter waterproofing and the same 5-year written warranty as a full renovation, and it takes three to five days.
A liner is a plastic shell glued over your old tub and walls, installed in a day. A tiled surround replaces the wet wall with Kerdi-Board, waterproofing and real tile. Tile takes a few days longer, can be repaired one piece at a time, and if water ever gets behind it the membrane carries it to the drain instead of trapping it against the old wall.
Winter is our indoor season, so booking is easier and timelines are shorter, while many renovation companies add winter premiums we do not charge.
Every renovation carries our 5-year written workmanship warranty. Showers and surrounds built on Schluter Kerdi by our certified installers also carry Schluter's 10-year system warranty. Both are in writing with the quote.
